This page covers the website only. It explains what happens to the details you type into a form on digitalipd.in. It does not cover patient data inside the Digital IPD application — that is governed by the agreement between Caresoft and your hospital, and by the hospital's own policies. Patient records belong to the hospital, not to us.

Only what you give us. If you request a demo, subscribe, or download something, we collect the fields you fill in — typically your name, your hospital's name, city, bed count, phone number and email address.
Our server also keeps ordinary technical records that every website keeps: your IP address, the page you were on, and the time. These are used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient information through this website.
We process this because you have consented by submitting the form, and because it is necessary to respond to a request you made. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it. It is seen by our own sales and support staff, and by the service providers who host our website and deliver our email — who may only act on our instructions.
We would disclose information if the law required it, and we would tell you unless we were prohibited from doing so.
Demo enquiries are kept for three years from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for twelve months.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them and will update this page.
Caresoft is certified to ISO 27001:2013 for information security and ISO 27701:2019 for privacy management, and is assessed at CMMI Maturity Level 5. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and access to them is restricted to staff who need it.
No system is perfect. If you believe your information has been exposed, tell us and we will investigate.
This website is intended for hospital owners and administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
If we change this page we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to anyone who has subscribed.
